Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated Texas Arbor Day with the Parks & Recreation Department!! 

A group of kids from Emile Elementary came to be apart of our Arbor Day Celebration!

Barbara Wolanski, Parks Board Vice Chair, gave the welcome and read the Proclamation of Arbor Day from Mayor Ken Kesselus. 
Jim Rooni also did a Tree Planting Demonstration for kids from Emile Elementary. He taught the kids the proper way to plant a tree.
Matt Mears with TreeFolks assisted Jim with putting the tree in its new home.
